Shipping policy
We are a make-to-order brand to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online does it go into production. However, we aim to deliver our products quickly, securely, and efficiently.
All orders are processed from our workshop in Cochin, Kerala, India.
We ship through DTDC/Shree Maruti Courier Services for orders within India and through DHL Express/FedEx/Aramex for international orders. We also rely on the speed post services of the Indian postal services for delivery in selected areas.
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES
Free Shipping all over India. For the Fast courier service an amount of Rs. 250/- will be charged.
GST is included in the M.R.P.
SHIPMENT DURATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us. The product will be dispatched within 15-20 business days.
Once your order is shipped, we will mail you the tracking number along with a link to track your order. Clicking on this link will enable you to track the status of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges apply based on your location, weight and the volume of the parcel. They will be mentioned at the time of checkout.
Duties and taxes vary according to the delivery location and have to be borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable to bear all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these charges is made by our logistics partner to release your parcel from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise you about the exact amount levied as duties and taxes, as this may vary as per the local import laws applicable to the destination selected for delivery.
